At Coooys Studios, we aim to ensure your order arrives safely and as described. This policy outlines your rights and our process in line with UK consumer law.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

You are entitled to:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement item (subject to availability)

We will cover any return or replacement shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods.

2. Items Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will:

• Investigate with the courier
• If confirmed lost, provide either a full refund or replacement

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you.

3. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise this right:

• Notify us within 14 days of delivery
• Return the item within a further 14 days

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost (if applicable).

4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not liable for:

• Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Failed delivery where the customer does not respond to courier contact

Reshipping may incur additional charges.
